Popular streamer Dr Disrespect has expressed his dissatisfaction with the change from the 2v2 gulag to the 1v1 battles in Warzone 2. During a recent stream, he argued that the 2v2 gulag was much more exciting and offered more opportunities for memorable plays. He claimed that the current 1v1 gulag felt boring and lacked the magic of the previous version.
Dr Disrespect stated that he wanted to see the 2v2 gulag return, and suggested that the current version felt like it was designed by “third graders.” While it is unlikely that the developers will overhaul the Warzone 2 gulag for a second time, Dr Disrespect’s comments have sparked a debate among players about which gulag format is better.
